Accommodation bookings are the responsibility of individual attendees and are not managed or coordinated via the registration process.
A reduced accomodation rate has been negotiated for convention attendes.
Rate validity period: Negotiated rates are valid for bookings made by 1st August 2022. After this date, bookings will be subject to best available rates.
Rate validity dates: The negotiated rates are available for stays on the nights of 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th November.
